Our signature cakes are named after real people — regulars, fellow bakers, and the people closest to our founder, Chef Jessica Isaacs. Each one was built around a specific combination of flavors and textures that felt worth naming. They’re available for pre-order pickup at 475 Central Avenue in Jersey City Heights, with at least 72 hours’ notice.
These aren’t generic celebration cakes. Each one has a special story.
Meet The Signature Cakes
The Cara
Named after one of our regulars. The Cara is a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling and cookie pearls for a little extra crunch, finished with a chocolate glaze and coated in cookie crumbs. Rich, textured, and deeply satisfying.
The S’mores
A campfire classic, available year-round. Chocolate cake filled with ganache and graham crackers, covered in a blow-torch toasted meringue. The super unique look is reason enough to order it.
Please note: inscriptions on The S’mores require an additional charge, as they are written on a graham cracker.
The Martha
Dedicated to our owner’s late great-aunt. The Martha features her favorite chocolate cake with mascarpone mousse, cookie pearls, and a chocolate glaze — made specially for her birthdays, and now available for yours.
The Gerri Lynn
Inspired by a fellow baker. The Gerri Lynn is a banana cake with a fluffy chocolate mousse filling and peanut praline, frosted in peanut butter cream cheese. Fun, layered, and unapologetically bold — just like the real Gerri Lynn.
The Natalia
Named after one of our beloved customers. The Natalia is packed with chocolate at every layer — chocolate cake, cookie pearls, and a rich chocolate glaze. If chocolate is what you’re after, this is the one.
How to Order a Signature Cake
All signature cakes are available for pre-order pickup at 475 Central Avenue, Jersey City Heights. Orders require at least 72 hours’ notice. For weekend pickups, we recommend ordering by Wednesday at the latest.
