Wholesale Bakery in Jersey City
Cocoa Bakery offers wholesale baked goods for restaurants, cafes, retailers, and local businesses in the Jersey City and Hudson County area. Everything we make is handmade in small batches from scratch. Wholesale items are the same quality as what's in our bakery case, available in wholesale quantities for the right partners.
Who We Work With
Cocoa Bakery works with a small number of wholesale partners at any given time. Our small-batch approach means we're selective, so we'd rather work with partners who value quality over volume.
If you're a local restaurant, cafe, hotel, specialty food retailer, or event venue looking for consistently high-quality handmade baked goods, we'd like to hear from you.
We work in small batches using quality ingredients and our wholesale pricing reflects that. We're not the right fit for businesses looking for the lowest cost per unit. We are the right fit for businesses whose customers notice the difference between handmade and mass-produced.
Why Companies Choose Cocoa Bakery
Made from scratch, every single day. Not warehouse-baked, not frozen, not trucked in. Our kitchen is inside our 475 Central Avenue location, where everything is made fresh everyday.
Chef-led quality. Cocoa Bakery is run by Chef Jessica Isaacs, whose background includes over a decade as Executive Pastry Chef at Nobu and training at Italy's three-Michelin-starred Le Calandre.
Allergy-friendly. Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, and eggless options are available across our catering menu, so no one on your team gets left out.
Recurring orders welcome. Once you're a client, we'll streamline your reorder process so you're not starting from scratch every time.
Local love. We're a Jersey City business, serving Hudson County businesses. Your order helps fuel our local economy and build community.
